Combretum Pod Necklace

Our silver combretum pod necklace is inspired by Mother Natures’ own perfect design. We did take a little liberty with her design and took off one of the wings on this pod as this does help to make sure it can lie flat when worn.

Combretums are basically a shrub although as a kid wandering around in the bush I was absolutely sure they were trees but none the less they are actually shrubs. And any kid wandering through the bush in Zimbabwe will tell you, its one of the most prized finds on a walk because of its cool shape!

We hand make each one of these pods so they are always slightly different, just as they are in nature. You can pair this with a 45, 50 or 55 cm long silver chain.
